Mikhail Aleksandrovich Vinogradov was born on May 12, 1932, in the city of Yurievets, Ivanov region. He graduated from the Kostroma Art School. He participated in regional, republican, and All-Union exhibitions. He is a member of the Artists’ Union of Russia. He lives and works in Lipetsk.
