Efim Vaisburg was born in 1922 in Kiev. He graduated from the Kiev Art School in 1941. He attended the Kiev State Art Institute where he studied under the supervision of K. Yeleva, O. Shovkunenko and K. Trokhimenko; graduating in 1952. He has exhibited since 1957.
Vaisburg’s paintings are held in private and museum collections within Ukraine as well as in private collections abroad.
