Stanislav Maryanovich Servetnik was born in 1928 in Kurnyky, Khmelnitsky Region, Ukraine. He studied at the Lvov Institute of Applied and Decorative Art until 1956. Best known as a monumentalist, Servetnik lives and works in Lvov, Ukraine.
