Fedor Pavlovich Sergienko was born in 1920. He finished art school but was called up for military service. He was demobilized as a colonel and came to Tbilsi, Georgia, to live.
Sergienko took part in Republic, All-Union, and other exhibitions. He earned the title ‘Honored Worker of Culture.’ He is a member of the Artists Union of Russia.
He lives and works in Tiblisi, Georgia.
