Valeri Alekseevich Semenov was born in 1950 in the town of Korosten in the Zhitomirskoi region of Russia. Since 1973 he has been living in Voronezh. In 1979 he completed studies at the Voronezh Art College.
He has taken part in many exhibitions, including:
