Nikolai Ivanovich Savenkov was born October 24, 1932 in the Kursk region. He graduated from the Moscow Higher School of Art and Industry. He participated in regional, republican, and All-Union exhibitions. He is a member of the Artists’ Union of Russia. He lives and works in Lipetsk.
