Nadezhda Radevskaya was born in Rossosh, a small town in the Southern Voronezh Region. She attended art college in Buturlinovka, another small town in the same area, where she studied under Vladimir Shpakovsky and Edouard Tsembalist. (Tsembalist is a very well-known artist in Voronezh and a contemporary of Mikhail Likhachev).
Radevskaya now teaches at an art school in Rossosh and has exhibited her works in Russia and the United States.
