Ivanov, Vladimir Alexandrovich


Vladimir Alekseandrovich Ivanov was born on April 29, in Ryazan in 1933. He studied at the Ryazan Art College until 1953, then later at the Leningrad Higher Arts and Industry College. He taught at the Ryazan Art College from 1963 to 1969. He became a member of the Artists Union in 1969.

Paintings by Ivanov are kept in the S.A. Esenin State Reserve Museum Konstantinovo, Ryazan region, the Bryansk Art Museum, the Krasnoyarsk Regional Art Gallery and the Ryazan Regional Art Museum.

Best known as a monumentalist, he lives and works in Ryazan.
