Lilia Anatolionva Dolganova was born in 1964 in Izhevsk and educated at the Cheboksar Artists College before applying to the Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture, and Architecture in St. Petersburg. She studied at the Repin from 1985 until 1992. Following graduation, she was accepted by the Artists’ Union of Russia.
Still lifes with flowers are her most common themes, and they show her love of vibrant color.
Dolganova lives and works in St. Petersburg.
