Viktor Boichenko was born in the city of Krasnodon in the Lugansk Region in 1954.
He graduated from the Voronezh Art College in 1980 and has been exhibiting his works since 1985. He has been a member of the Artists’ Union since 1999.
His works are in galleries and private collections in the United States, Finland, Germany, France, the Czech Republic, Yugoslavia, and Poland.
His works have been published in various books and journals, including:
