Pavel Nikolaevich Bogdanov, who is best known as a theater artist, was born in Kasyanovka, Irkutsk in 1912. He studied at Izhevsk Art Tekhnikum from 1932 to 1936. He began exhibiting in 1937 and is active in Noginsk, in the Moscow Region.
