Igor Borisovich Belousov was born in 1950 in the town of Michurinsk in the Tambov Region.
He graduated from Ryazan Art School in 1977 and has been exhibiting his work since then. He has been a member of the Artists’ Union since 1995.
Belousov lives and works in Michurinsk.
