Oleg Leonidovich Andreev was born in 1937 at the station Kochetkovka of the Michurinsk district, Tambov region, of Russia. He entered the Art and Pedagogical department of the Ryazan Art School in 1956 and graduated in 1961. He has participated in regional (Tambov) and municipal (Michurinsk) exhibitions. The artist works mainly in the genres of landscape and floral still life.
